For all International customers and customers outside the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada), please contact us for the shipping and handling charges.

-Payment/Funds from outside the Continental U.S. must be in U.S. currency

-Brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or pre-pay these charges. Please check with your government customer officials to find out much these charges might be prior to ordering.

Credit Card Payment & Billing Information:

Billing address must be the same as the billing address registered with the credit card company

If the shipping address is different from the billing address:
-Customer must register any shipping address that is different from their billing address with their credit card company.
-Customer must provide us the name of the bank, which issued the credit card and the 1-800# customer service number located on the back of the credit card. Please include this information at checkout.

PayPal Payment:

All PayPal payment must pay thru a verified US PayPal account with a confirmed address. We only ship all the orders to PayPal confirmed address.

*Please Do Not Pay by PayPal if you do not have a PayPal confirmed address; if you did pay thru PayPal with unconfirmed address, we reserve the right to refuse your payment or we will hold your order for an infinite time. And also, we will return the payment to you and charge back the PayPal processing and service fee (5%) of the total payment amount received.

*All fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI, local & state authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
All questionable orders will mark as "Pending/On-Hold" in the order status. You will receive a confirmation email with detail information on the status of your order.

Shipping & Order Process Information:

All products/orders will be shipped within 2 business days after payment received and verified, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery (usually less).

-Some products (Body kits, Hood, Fender, Over-size/Special order etc…) may require additional time before we ship out, depending on the size, weight, distance and location. We will ship those items by trucking company or appropriate carrier (by our selection).
*Please make separate order for Over-Size item (body kit, hood, fender for the correct shipping charge).

All of our products will be shipped by one of the following carriers: UPS/Fedex/DHL/USPS priority mail or first-class mail. We select the carrier to ship your products/orders (no Exception).
