Return Policy
In order to better serve and satisfy our customers, we spend
enormous efforts on ensuring our product descriptions and order
processing procedures are accurate, precise and informative. If you
still get confused, please ask any questions before placing an
order. All sales are final.
Please note that all returns and cancellation shipping and handling
fees of all the orders are non-refundable.
-No refund or exchange will be issued on used, painted, customized,
or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts
before painting.
-No returns will be accepted after 10 days of date of purchase.
-You may return, exchange or refuse any unopened products that are
in original packing, good and resalable condition. For any
shipment/items that are refused or returned, we will charge $5.00 or
15% of the order amount, whichever is greater, to cover costs
associated with processing your order and restocking fee. Shipping
costs are not refundable.
-Please keep all boxes, warranties and owner's manuals when you
receive them. They are very important in the event merchandise is
damaged, becomes defective or needs to be returned. Electrical items
are limited to a 3 day return period.
-OptionRacing.com is not responsible for the shipping cost. When
return authorization is granted, merchandise must be returned to us
freight prepaid before shipped. After we received the returned
product(s), we will examine and verify its condition before issuing
a store credit on the product's selling price. We will evaluate the
product for manufacturing defects. If the product is determined to
be defective, we will replace the item for exchange at no charge.
-OptionRacing.com will not be liable if you order the wrong product
(e.g. wrong model/year). Please read our detail information and
specification of products carefully before placing an order.
-Please note that it takes approximately 14-21 days for a domestic
return to process, Canadian and other international orders may take
longer.
*Sometimes, we do make mistakes in processing your order at certain
circumstances:
- we ship a wrong (totally different) product to you
- if you receive a manufacturer damaged or defective product
- or our description is wrong
If those defects are found, we are responsible to either exchange
the specific product, or issue a full amount refund to you. We will
also reimburse any shipping costs for you to return the product to
us. Otherwise, if we found that we make no mistake (right product
sent, no manufacturer defect, right description), we will send the
original item back to you.
Manufacture Defects:
Inspect and test your product for any manufacturer defective
before installation.
-If you discover damage after you received and accepted the order,
you can contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim. They
will reimburse the value of the damaged product to you.
-If your order arrives with damage, you can refuse to accept the
package. The shipping carrier will return the product to us at no
charge on you. We will send out a replacement unit upon receipt.
-If you believe that the product you have purchased is defective, or
damaged during the shipping process, please contact our Return
department customer service by using the RMA Form for assistance in
making arrangements for exchange within 48 hours of receipt. No
merchandise will be accepted for return unless prior authorization
is given. We are not responsible for any unauthorized return
merchandise.
Return a product
If you decide to return a product, you must first contact our
Return department customer service representatives via our RMA Form
to obtain an authorization for return within 10 days of purchase
receipt. Please remember to include the order number, product
condition and reason of return in the form. If we authorize a
return, we will issue the customer a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number and provide the instructions of returning a
product. No merchandise will be accepted for return unless prior
authorization is given. We are not responsible for any unauthorized
return merchandise.
